Intro
RadicalX is a software development company, and its products are based on chatGPT, which provides game programming courses by using generative AI dialogue teaching.
Problem
The product dialogue teaching method makes the text and exercises mixed together, which leads to inconvenience and confusion in the user experience.
Solution
We divide the original teaching content into two independent parts, namely "dialogue learning" and "exercise quiz".
This project mainly shows the design process of Quiz.

Design Opportunity
Within the platform, users need to answer questions for existing assessments and new quizzes. We can look for design opportunities on this basis.

Assessment requires enough thinking time, while quizzes pursue speed and conciseness. Change the total time to count down each question.
Reduce the number of questions
The volume of the quiz is lighter than that of the examination.
Remove confirmation
The assessment is more formal, so you need to confirm the answer options twice. In the quiz, the confirmation step is removed to improve the answering speed.

Testing and Feedback
RadicalX is conducting the second Beta test in October 2023.
Because the Beta test is still in progress, I can't get the specific data from the back-end team at present.
At present, it can be seen that after the new teaching structure went online, the certificate acquisition rate of the same course increased from 1.2% to 1.6%, an increase of 0.4%.
